Purpose of the Job
To Provide the People Delivery Specialist with a support function focusing on effectively administrating in the people department and support the Supply Chain People agenda in the Inland Supply Chain Region. The People Delivery Assistant will also fulfill office administrative duties in the People Delivery Department.

- Assist with recruitment activities
- Ordering and issuing of Uniform and PPE
- Assist with coordinating training and development
- Assist with IR related matters
- Compiling and submitting monthly management attendance registers
- Co-ordinate the annual Supply Chain Graduate Programme
- Other People related Ad hoc duties & queries (Leave queries/pay queries/employee benefits/projects)
- Co-ordinate and execute employee engagement initiatives
- Assist with the coordination of training
- Time & attendance (Scheduling & Transmission of hours for Personnel on the workforce Management system)
Qualifications
- B-Tech or Degree in Human Resources or related field
- At least one year experience in a similar HR administrative role
- Previous experience working in a Supply Chain/Logistics/Retail environment (desired)
