Description

We have a vacancy in REX for an LMS (Learning Management System) Administrator reporting to the LMS Developer. The purpose of the role is to effectively support the implementation of Learning Zone in the market. The role will be responsible for leading the troubleshooting of processes, assigning of online training and regular reporting.

Job Functions:

Field and RSC Support (80%)

  • Manage helpdesk and coordinate responses to all inquiries to ensure an average overall turnaround time of 2days and less.
  • Custodian of SSAM and GEM for KFC-Africa.
  • Support Franchisees and Equity on GEM, on boarding of User Provisioning (UP) system and serve as escalation for ongoing.
  • Lead troubleshooting process to support Franchisees and Equity using Learning Zone.
  • Liaise with User Provisioning international team to solve issues related to UP system performance.
  • Keep a log of FAQ and report back to Manager to optimize process/ tools and anticipate potential issues.
  • Assign training accordingly.
  • Ensure auto enrolment process is correct and accurate in line with the badge mapping and global training dashboard.
  • Support with compliance training to all KFC – Africa RSC employees. Assign, troubleshoot and follow up.
  • Generate monthly reports to support KPI measures for Equity and Franchise.
  • Generate reports for NPD and OPS Training Coaches weekly before the launch of a new program or product (LTO and Market Test)
  • Create monthly LZ reports for WPSR and submit for upload to HR System

    LMS Management & Team Support (20%)

  • Travel booking, arrangements and schedule for the team.
  • Work collaboratively with global learning team and communicate with stakeholders on any maintenance, downtime of systems. (SSAM, GEM, LMS)
  • Ownership of LZA onboarding (Content maintenance, scheduling and facilitation of workshops)
  • Support Employee Engagement Survey – generate dashboards for CLAS and SGTW@KFC surveys, for
  • Franchisees and Equity

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • A diploma preferably in Instructional Design & Technology or related field

Experience:

  • Min 2-3 years’ experience in related field
  • Technologies: MS Office (especially Power BI, Excel and Outlook)
  • Must be familiar with LCMS, LMS and GEM, SSAM
  • Knowledge of Adobe Captivate, Articulate, Vyond, XML is a plus

Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to communicate with external and internal customers
  • Ability to prioritize, schedule and meet deadlines. Project Management skills and high attention to detail
  • Able to work effectively within a team, in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
