Job Advert Summary
This role will be responsible for the development of growing the PnP Clothing brand through brand marketing (digital, store and print strategies). The Brand Manager will work closely with the commercial (buyers), retail and online trade teams to develop strategy that will help achieve the business’ commercial objectives and grow customer base.
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification preferable (Marketing Management, Retail Management)
- Minimum five years’ experience in a Brand manager/Campaign manager role preferably in Clothing retail
- Leadership, management experience in Brand development and marketing
- Experience in Digital marketing and e-commerce.
- Clothing Retail experience
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the development of multi-channel marketing initiatives end-to-end.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver campaign elements e.g. print advertising, digital content, in-store POS.
- Brief and oversee the work of external agencies and PnP Marketing teams, who deliver digital and print strategy
- Develop a communication and marketing strategy to increase market share
- Develop creative direction for all communication
- Part of the leadership team of PnP Clothing
- Manage Marketing budget and expenses
Competencies
- Leadership, management experience in brand development and marketing
- Skilled in store communication strategies and execution across 5 formats
- Skilled on digital marketing and e-commerce marketing strategies and execution
- Optimisation of promotions strategy and product strategy
- Lead creative concept and development of campaign and brand strategy
- Effective communicator and influencer (must be able to communicate & influence across various levels in the business)
- Deep experience in creating multi-channel marketing campaigns – this experience should include knowing how to brief and manage an advertising agency and understanding how to effectively use multiple communication channels to achieve communication objectives
- Must be comfortable with navigating high levels of complexity and change
- Ability to work under extreme pressure, with on time management of critical path delivery
